Hi,

We can create virtual directories, and they all get their own application.

Is it possible to Remove the Application? So that the virtual directory checks the Root of the website instead of the Virtual directory itself?

 In IIS it is possible, but we'd like to do this in DNP or better in our own script with ES API.

ok, that should be great, we have about 100 sites with this setting.

Else i should go into IIS en click remove application for about 400 times... we have 4 virtual dirs with this setting....

Well, we can look into this. However, currently IIS provider is hard-coded to always create an application.
