Filezilla server interface unavailable after install DNP

    Hi

Today i installed for the first time dotnetpanel (free).  It's very easy to use and seems very straight forward.
Adding the IIS 6, mailenable, mssql 2005 and filezilla connectors worked without any problem.

    There is one problem left.
After the installation of DNP, my filezilla server interface became unavailable.

When i launch the filezilla server interface, i get this errors:

    Connecting to server...
    Connected, waiting for authentication
Protocol error: Auth failed, closing connection.
    Connection to server closed.
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds
    Reconnecting to server...

My guess is that DNP is already connected to the server interface.  (or changed something to the Filezilla server configuration).

How can i launch The filezilla server interface again?

DNP changes "FileZilla Server.xml" file only after you add the first FTP account.

Try to restore "FileZilla Server.xml" file from the backup (or reinstall FileZilla if it is clean installation), add FTP account in DNP and compare two configuration files. Let us know if you find some configuration changes causing problems.

    Hi

I have first compared the current version with a version from my backup (before the installation of DNP).

These are the chages i have found (except for the new ftp accounts which are added):

          <SpeedLimits DlType="0" DlLimit="10" ServerDlLimitBypass="0" UlType="0" UlLimit="10" ServerUlLimitBypass="1">

Then i reinstalled Filezilla server and i got very different results.  My filezilla server interface is working again.  And the new 'filezilla server.xml' file is a lot smaller.  Except for the user information, the following information is not available in the new file:

For me the problem is solved. I guess it had something to do with filezilla itself and not DotNetPanel...

    Thanks for the support.

Yes, this is FileZilla as DNP doesn't add/modify these settings.

    Thanks for the update.
