I'm looking at creating a Application Pack for Soholaunch

Created the Application Pack will upload it shortly

Appears to be some type of site builder application. I didn't spend a lot of time on the web site but I could find nowhere that this is a free application. How does the implementation work?

 Its a web site builder, comes in 2 versions -- free and not free ;-)

I'm looking at it now, not sure what the error means at the moment.
