strange, it dont work for me. my IIS Servers are IIS7, maybe that has something to do with it, but then again possibly no, as it is the portal showing the error and that is on windows 2003.
Looks like you are using an older version of the application pack that only worked prior to DNP 2.2.0

I don't think so itis on IIS 7 and I have many other PHP apps setup that were a snap installed manually without a cpanel and with.
I installed the PHP via instructions on IIS.net which is IIS homebase. I have not had much luck with SOHO.
