    I've installed it here and using DNP 2.5.0 and its working fine.

     strange, it dont work for me.  my IIS Servers are IIS7, maybe that has something to do with it, but then again possibly no, as it is the portal showing the error and that is on windows 2003.

    Please try and download the application pack from here: http://forum.dotnetpanel.com/files/folders/application_installer_packs_220_above/entry17367.aspx

    Looks like you are using an older version of the application pack that only worked prior to DNP 2.2.0
