    DNP 2.1 grace period and thresholds

    Could someone give me a more detailed explanation of these options in DNP 2.1?  I just want to be sure I'm using them properly.

    Invoice Grace Period (in days):
    Service Invoice Threshold (in days):
    Service Cancel Threshold (in days):

    Thanks!

    Invoice Grace Period is the period after which service will be suspended if it does not paid;

    Service Invoice Threshold is threshold in days to invoice customer's service before it's expiration date;

    Service Cancel Threshold is threshold in days to cancel customer's service after it's expiration date;

    Thank you, Paul.  The Service Invoice Threshold was the one I was completely unclear on.

    are we saying that when this kicks in DNP will delete the account?
