Existing Email accounts are not showing in DNP from SM

    Existing Email accounts are not showing in DNP from SM

    I have a SM Server that I want DNP to work with but it seems that DNP does not show them for the accounts/domains that they represent. I have a mix of user types in the email domains so I would expect to see some of them.

     I looked in the DNP Enterprise database and the MaildomainID is null for the Domains that I am interested in. I am guessing that It should have the ID of the mail Domain but I am unsure as to where I can find that ID. Also I am not sure that is the only data I need.

     Can someone please point me in the right direction? I would like DNP to match the SM domains.

    Do you mean you don't see all mail domain accounts after importing it into DNP?

    From your comment, I guess I am saying that I don't see a way to "import them". I did not do anything special to make them show up. I have read a few posts that state that some kind of importing was going on but I can not find any information as to how to do this.
