Some Errors in a recently Installed DNP 2.1.1

    Dear Friends :

I have just installed DNP 2.1.1 and update it at SP1 but i have some problems with my panel, I use a Multiserver Infraestructure like This:

    • Server A : DotNetPanel Enterprise Server and Portal Server
    • Server B : Microsoft SQL Server 2005
    • Server C: IIS6 Server and SerU- FTP Server

Problems with serers B and C: (all of them)

    1. In Configuration / Servers / Server B&C  ( it have installed DotNetPanel Server) in the left panel (Server Tools) if i press Remote Desktop Sessions i retrieve this error :

Error reading Remote Server Terminal Connections ( see technicals details below)

    2. Second Problem :

In The servers Tools if i click "Event Viewer" i can only read the DotNelPanelEvents , i can't see Apliccation Events , Dns Events and any evnents. , i don't retrieve any error but i don't retrieve any result.

I don't understad this 2 first problems because i can use the others Server Tools Options like : Reebot , System Services and Windows Processes and i works ok.

    3 Third Problem:

when i try to add a New SQL 2005 Service in my Server B ( database server) i retrieve the next error :

    Error getting server service information

I have try with other services an i ALWAYS GET THE SAME ERROR :(

    Some Things:

    • DNPServer Pool is runing with Admin privileges
    • I use ASP.NET 2
    • I Have DNP Update at the last version
    • I Use DNPServer User integrated in the AD

    Many Thanks for your help.

Can you send us your servers RDC credentials to take a look? Most probably some windows services are not running. Can you check this?

"Remote Access Connection Manager" and "Event Log" windows services.

For the 3rd problem can you check if your DNP Server URL works?
