    App Check Install fileExists Check

    Guys

    The fileExists check in the install.xml doesn't seem to be working.

    <fileExists path="${installer.contentpath}\Settings.php"></fileExists>

    When the file exists it ignores it and tries to install the database

    Still does not work in v2.8.11
