    Error create FTP account

I am logged in as admin in this particular case and when I try to create a FTP account I receive "error create FTP account". I'm kind of new with this software or tool (DotNetPanel). So I hope I can get thorough instructions how and what I should do to resolve this problem or you can refer to previous post.
Many thanks for the help and answers

Make sure you have specified correct server access password on server properties page in DNP.

    Re: Error create FTP account

I did as you said in previous post and I guess it worked so many thanks. Because before I couldn't even create a domain but now I can that.  However I received another error message this time when I tried to create a ftp account(see below under technical details). Any suggestions what I should do next?

I should tell you that I am using "G6FTP Server" and it is configured in DNP. I hope I have giving you some useful information so you can help me, but if you need more information I will describe the problem little bit more.

    Many thanks for the help

    Re: Error create FTP account

Do you have "OS" ("System") service in the hosting plan?

If File Manager doesn't work you should add "System" resource into the hosting plan and re-create the space.
