    Starting with Two Servers

    Hi All,

I was wondering if any one could answer these questions for me as I can't seem to find any answers to them in the Forums or Documents.

1> If I was to start out with two servers, one for Mail and another of IIS and Database, at a later date could I come back and add two new servers for my DNS?

2> If a customer buys a package from me with say 1Gb of Diskspace and wants to either upgrade this or even downgrade to a different package, how can this be done? Can the customer do it or do they have to ask the reseller/serveradmin?

    Ta

    Scott

    Hi Scott,

#1. Yes, it is possible to add new servers into your existing DotNetPanel environment (but please keep in mind that if you're going to expand your hosting surface in the future you should use Virtual Server(s) feature in DNP to builld hosting plans).

#2. Unfortunately right now we do not have great support of upgrade/downgrade hosting plans and most of these operations should be done by administrator manually.

    Thanks.

    Best regards,
