DNP needs to be intergrated with more payment providors, i have just intergrated another project we are working on with HSBC.
HSBC Provide 2 forms of intergration. They are as follows:-

1. CPI Intergration will allow the user to select the products on the shoppers website and then when payment is required it will redirect them to the HSBC Secure ePayments website where they will enter all of thier credit card information. This is a great method as HSBC takes full responsibility for all transactions. If a transaction is fraudulent and results in a charge back HSBC pay the chargeback and you do not get charged for this. Basically HSBC takes ALL responsibility for card processing!
2. API Intergration will allow users to select the products on the shoppers website and then when payment is required they stay on the same website to enter thier credit card details. This then checks directly with HSBC to see if funds are available and depending which mode is selected it will either mark the funds as available and reserve them or it will takes the funds from the account immedicatly. HSBC puts some of the responsibility for the card processing on your back as you are responsible for the Verified by Visa and Secured by Mastercard schemes to ensure minimum fraud attempts.

They are both reasonably easy to intergrate and i have done these so far on an asp based website.
If you need any of the documentation for intergration purposes then i can quite easily provide this to you so that both modes can be intergrated into DNP as the 4 modes that are currently intergrated are not enough.

I think DNP is a great product and all of our customers are very happy that they now have more control over thier hosting.

I know DNP is still heavily under development and i know you are open to suggestions, but i realy feel that the HSBC payment intergration for both CPI and API need to be done to give us as end users more choice about the payment processing options from which we can choose from.

We need exact the same. There in venezuela , only one bank have payment gateway. The Intregation mode is CPI. We only need pass 4 parameters: Total Mount, Invoice number, Tax, and some descripcion in a extra field. Then the credit card info are introduced by the customer in a page of then bank. The resullt of transaccion is returned to a SuccessURL or a RefusedURL.

I voto for that.  

We need to be able to set up with Pay Junction. Their product is very good, having been given rave reviews in various business magazines. The main rave theme is "Instant ROI."

My favorite part is the availability of a recurring revenue stream from my customers that use Pay Junction for processing - up to 1/2%!!!!

Perhaps what we really need is a standardized method and/or document that would make it possible for hosting entities to create their own connections for card processing.

While we are on this subject I vote for Worldpay!

Worldpay is the biggest payment gateway provider in the UK and it really needs to be included in with the DNP ecommerce module.

As others have already said I have also setup multiple websites with Worlpay Integration in ASP and would be happy to provide an example of how to achieve the integration.

Just let us know where to send it and make us believe it will help.
