    INTERESTING problem happen ...

I do not have the Backup & Restore link in my DNP. Initally my version was on 2.01, EVEN now i upgrade to 2.4.1 also do not have that 2 link to do the
backup and restore under to tool pull down menu on my bottom right.

PLS advice if anyone know what is this problem / error and how can i patched it.

Did you purchase a license for the backup/restore module?

Re: re; missing feature on my DNP

When the time i brought this license, it didn't specify clearly on any backup or restore. And I check out the forum, it should be already include in the version of 2.0.4. The license I brought is

DNP Enterprise Server 50 Web Sites
    8BD22019-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Where this is only a limitation of 50 Web sites to be created. And it suppose to have all the feature included rather than any missing feature.

    Pls advice.

Posting your license serial number in a public forum is a bad idea. I suggest having someone remove it.

Hi, do you still have to purchase a separate license for the backup/restore module?

We run DNP 2.4.1 but have no backup/restore links anywhere.

    Thanks

You wont see this option. You'll need to get your current license upgraded to DotNetPanel Standard Edition.

Check the last para from following FAQ :

Re: re; missing feature on my DNP

Thanks Rubal, but can you please help me clarify what has to be done with our current license:

"License Type: DNP Enterprise Server 250 Web Sites 2.0"

What would the license fee be to have backup/restore included?

    Thanks again

Re: re; missing feature on my DNP

That License was approx 220 if I am not mistaken. So you probably need to pay difference amount of 170 to get your license upgraded.

I'll suggest contacting sales so they can give you exact figures.

    Thanks
