Hey all,

new to DNP and have a few questions about it.

Are you able to seperate servies?  Like server1 web, dns. server2: dns2, mail

Click and install apps.  does it support it?

How easy is it to install?

Any huge bugs?

Yes. You can see a list in the downloads area in the above menu. 

 

How easy is it to install?

 

Depends on what you need or what services you want to offer.  Installing it is easy, doing it correct the first time,  mabye not so easy :)

 

Any huge bugs? 

We have only ran into a few small issues, nothing major,

Does the software come with internal support or trouble ticket software?

is there an auto singnup feature?

are you allowed to brand the software to make it look like your own? (replace DNP logos).

Not exactly however you do get a SmarterTools bundle which comes with SmarterTrack (live chat, trouble ticket, and kb)

Yes

auto signup.

as in a site where people go, enter there information, and have the system take there information and make there accounts based on that information.
