Indifferent [:|] Error: Node is a CNAME DNS Record

When I try to add a MX record to Windows 2003 DNS Server I do get the following error:

A new record cannot be created.
Node is a CNAME DNS record.

DNP creates a default zone CNAME record like

(same as parent folder) Alias (CNAME)    www20.hosting.domain.eu

When I delete this default zone entry, I can add MX records. How can i configure DNP to not add such a CNAME?

    Cheers,
    Thomas
