Hi
I was wondering how I could require all of my clients, who send mail thorugh my mail server, to use smtp authentication but do not want to host the mail on my server. So I thought it would be nice if DNP could fix this for me
How about adding the feature of creating, by default, an email account whenever a DNP account is created which uses the same credentials as the use in DNP.
For example, user1 is created in DNP. When that user has been verified an email account is created on some specific mail server and domain; for example user1@maildomain.com.
That user could then be used, as a simple mail box, and/or (in my caes) more importantly for smtp authentication for the hosted application.
I would also suggest that this mail-domain have a specific profile so that one could limit it's use beyond the normal client mail-domains.
Thanks,
