I am in the process of having a play with DNP, hopefully for a longterm migration from the now rubbish Helm (we're still on Helm3, the upgrade to Helm4 is impossible despite us paying for it because the upgrade tool is completely hopeless!)
I have installed DNP and got things going, however, upon opening the portal I was getting all manner of random Validation of ViewState Mac failed error. I have stopped these by placing enableViewStateMac="false" in the portal web.config, however, now the errors have gone away, I am constantly getting logged out and then unable to login, usually for minutes at a time? - There is no logon error, its just as if I have entered the wrong username/password (not the case!)
This I guess is something .Net related - any ideas?
