     I'm looking for a good dedicated Windows provider on the USA east coast, offering Windows + DNP. Any recommendations?

    I see you are based in South Africa. WebAfrica offers dedicated servers in their Atlanta datacenter. They have tons of spare bandwidth via multiple gigabit uplinks.
