Hyper V Module wont find OS Template

Hi,

I have configure Hyper-V and also create index.xml as per the documents for OS templates and Library but when I create virtual server then OS templates are not showing in the dropdown menu. Can you please check and update us if you have any solution.

Hello Sam,

This is working for us,

What you should do is make sure that the user account that the DNP server is running under has permissions on the files.

YEs the permission is already asigned but it is not showing, can you please give me some more clue.

Are there any errors in DotNetPanel windows event log?

OK, then when registering a new server in DNP uncheck "Autodiscovery" checkbox.

This works correctly for me as well. Can you please post content of index.xml so we can advise if its fine or not.
