changing FTP provider

Hi,

I used Microsoft ftp provider when I create my first hosting plans , and now I deside using FileZilla , I add fileZilla but I can't remove Microsoft ftp and get this error message

Service could not be deleted

Service could not be deleted because it contains service items (web sites, FTP accounts, databases, etc.). Delete related hosting spaces or separate service items and then delete service.

How can remove or disable Microsoft ftp?

or how can I use both of them ( one use as ftp and another as sftp ) while I have 2 ftp provider, users just create in one them?

How can I remove on FTP provider or use both ?
