We're looking into it too.
For hardware, you have to check h/w requirements of BES and associated mail server. Same for software requirements. For example, if you decide to run BES + Exchange, you have to look into their requirements and best practices. Then you have to add DNP to your infrastructure, but that's really the last bit of work
