    Microsoft FTP 6.0 Problem (listing directories)

    hi there! I recently install on another server (we have i golden licence and we are migrating our server to a new one) everything is ok, but when i want to login to ftp server this is the error message: Response: 425 Can't open data connection. Error: Could not retrieve directory listing any ideas? thanks in advance Best! Alejandro

    Try disabling passive FTP in your FTP client.
    If your new server has a firewall it could be preventing the passive FTP connections from being made.

     Hi

     First to make surre that windows firewall must be disalled from service.msc or allow FTP port as exception on firewall.
