HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

    HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

     I am getting this error on the portal

     

    HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

    Absolute physical path "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet11.com\errors\408.txt" is not allowed in system.webServer/httpErrors section in web.config file. Use relative path instead.

     

     

    C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet11.com\errors\408.txt does not even exist, in fact there is no 408.txt anywhere on the whole server

    nope, i tried emailing dnp support, but I will have to pay for support to get it resolved.

    Same issue here.

     I had this once I changed the SQL from shared memory to TCP.

    Change it back and the error went away

    Comment or remove this node in the web.config file of your portal:

    <httpErrors>
    <remove statusCode="404" subStatusCode="-1" />
    <error statusCode="404" prefixLanguageFilePath="" path="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet11.com\errors\408.txt" responseMode="File" />
