    Add Domain / Add Pointer option a little broken in 2.8.6

    Good afternoon-

    I've been unsuccessful in my attempts to create a new domain pointer for an existing hosting space.

     For example, a client purchased domain1.com and wants it pointed to domain2.com. In 2.8.6, it appears adding pointers is a different process. Now, when either creating or importing a domain, I'm presented with three options:  create a new domain, create a new sub-domain, or add a domain pointer. The 'add domain pointer' link is not available. The hosting space package I'm workiing with has unlimited domains.

    Anyone else seeing the same thing? Thoughts? Fixes?

    Thanks!

    Two possible causes:

    1. There is a new option in hosting space limits: # of domain pointers. Check that it is greater then zero.

    2. There is a bug so when domain does not have DNS in his space you cannot add pointer or inatant alias to this domain.

    @kobis-

     Looks like your first cause/solution did the trick! Thanks!
