Hi ALL;

I am using SQL Server reporting services 2005 version.i have caifigured some reports as automatically to send as mail with pdf attachment. 
When i try to send a report as a mail througth SMTP server i am getting followinf error;

I have 15 to mailids;8 CC and 4 BCC ids mentioned.

ReportingServicesService!emailextension!e!08/27/2009-00:00:16:: Error sending email.

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040211): The message could not be sent to the SMTP

server. The transport error code was 0x800ccc69. The server response was 550 5.7.1 Requested action not

taken: message refused

but when i send the mail as manual through the same mail by attaching same pdf file it sent successfully.
please tell me the what are the possible resons for getting fail.

Numeric Code: 5.7.1
Possible Causes:
o    General access denied, sender access denied - the sender of the message does not have the privileges required to complete delivery.   
o    You are trying to relay your mail through another SMTP server and it does not permit you to relay.   
o    The recipient might have mailbox delivery restrictions enabled. For example, a recipient's mailbox delivery restriction was set to receive from a Distribution List only and non-members' email will be rejected with this error.
