    Account Suspended!!

    Hi Guys,

I thought I would just test the Account Suspension settings within DNP just to see what happens and make sure it all works correctly.

However, come the day of Suspension I now have no data showing in the Control Panel for this customer at all (its alright though as its only a test account).

But still if I wanted to pay the outstanding invoice I can't, my Task List is also empty except for Bandwidth/Disk usage calcutlations.

The domain is still showing up in IIS and the folder still exist on the server though.

    Any one got any ideas?

It seems that DNP maybe deletes the account but leaves the domain in IIS and the files etc rather than actually suspending the account.

    Re: Account Suspended!!

    OK this is now strange.

I changed the invoice due date in the database and waited.

Today.. the account is back with all its settings and even the Task list is full again.

My understanding of a suspended account is that it should still show up so that the customer can login and pay whatever is needed or the Administrator should at least be able to see the account until it has been deleted.
