We have got a couple of servers and they have DNP on, they have a server admin account and I have added a reseller account for our hosting packages to be sold through.

My problem being I cannot see any hosting packages or Add-ons that have been built on our online shop, so as a test I built a test package in the admin account and it appears on our shop.

Anyone got a clue how to fix this as it is doing my head in as we haev being building then deleting the packages to try an get this to work. We have changed admin account from user to reseller but still no joy.

If this is right then surely the next reseller who comes along to our servers will advertise our hosting packages.

I'm not sure how do you test online shop (I mean logged in as a reseller or admin) but... I know it might sound a little bit odd - you should test a reseller's online store while logged in as the reseller's customer... Then you'll be able to see the right store.
