Unable to change renewal dates in billing

    Unable to change renewal dates in billing

    It is impossible to change the renewal dates in billing. This means when importing a plan, I have to first create the plan then go to the database and manually adjust all the renewal dates to match the existing renewal dates for my clients.

    That is massively time consuming. DNP told me last year they were rewriting billing and would take this on board. I've not seen any evidence, hence this post to hopefully remind them it is an issue.

    Can we elaborate a T-SQL script for this purposes? Or task event handler on Enterprise Server's side?

    I've already written scripts to do the job, thanks. It would be more helpful if there were text boxes / date entry boxes where I could manually change the date of renewal though.
