Hi there.

I got the newest DNP 2.8.12 (27th Feb, 2010) and I want to move resources from one hostingplan user to another hostingplan user.

I have tried most combinations after reading the other related threads here, but no luck.

All other functions in DNP works fine, adding new domains, users, ftp's etc.

My setup:
Simgle Server Windows Server 2003SE
Filezilla FTP Server
IIS6
MS DNS

I tried setting up a new domain with user etc. then detach the resources, and then trying to find it in "import" function on other users, one limited user and one unlimited resources user without anything showing up. Same with other domains set up without DNP, nothing showing up in import-tool.

Abybody know what I can do to "activate" the import function?

Is this a support ticket question or is it appropriate to ask for some feedback here? Anybody from DNP could respond please?

Well, do you see any errors when expand DNS Zone node on the Import Resources screen? Maybe you can see any errors in Windows Event Log or Audit Log in DNP?

I think I have tried most things but..?

DNP Audit Log does not show any errors under the System-user or under the users I test on.
The eventviewer on the 2003 Server does not indicate much, I found something called "failed viewstate" but not under the DotNet Server log. Google suggested swithing off Firewall and Anti-virus, so I tried that without any difference.
I updated .NET programs using windows update and server-restart without any difference either.
When I click on say DNS Zone in importtool-window, it just kind of jumps a little and don't show any folderpath under the ones you can see in the screenshot, no errors appear.
If I try to press the import-button it ask if I want to, then it uses 1 second before it says it is finished, no erros.
I tried lowering securitylevel on IExplorer 8 since it seem to be a javafunction in use on the importtool, but no change. I even tested with other browsers.

In DNP I can add databases to both MySQL and MSSQL, I can add users and domains in both Smartermail 6 and HmailServer 5, I can create resellers and users, spaces, hostingplans, websites in IIS and smarterstats-sites in DNP. I can view Server functions under the Server-menu in DNP.

The only thing that might be special? is that I use one IP for all my services, but what would that have todo with the import-tool?
