It really is great to see you guys responding to posts on the forums. I hope this continues! Since your being so attentive, can you tell everyone here why you guys havent added sql, mail and ftp info to each section in dnp but force the user to goto the hosting space summary instead.
You couldnt imagine the number of support tickets we get from new customers using DNP, asking us what is my ftp ip or url, what is my sql server that i am assgined. It is nice to have the hosting space summary and users are emailed that initially, But it would really really help if this was added to each section the user is working on. IE: if you are managing a sql db in dnp, that is shows the sql info, same for mail, ftp etc.
