The reported generated shows the diskspace summary for items like Mail, Files, MySQL 4, MySQL 5 and MSSQL however, the MSSQL report title is blank.

 IE

Files ---> xxxMB

Mail --> xxxMB

MySQL 4 --> xxxMB

MySQL 5 ---> xxxMB

*blank* ---> xxxMB

The blank area should say MSSQL08 or something to that affect, however the table data / column is empty. DNP v2.8.12.
