    Installation Problem

    After i finished installing the DNP 1.5.3, I click on the portal site, it come out with this message

    DotnetNuke Upgrade Error
    "The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] ) ".
    ERROR: Could not connect to database.
    User "DotnetPanelPortal" Login Failed! User And SQL Server Connected
    Then how to solve it?

    It need to change SQL Server version in the web.config?

    Is your SQL working fine? Its a DNN error and the portal is not able to connect SQL Server. Try resetting password for SQL user DotnetPanelPortal and update the connection string under Portal's web.config and see if it helps.

    My SQL server is working fine. I reset the password for SQL user dotnetpanelportal and update the web.config.
    The problem is still come out.
    May i know if my SQL server 2005 is Traditional Chinese, It's effected it?

    Enable mixed security mode (to allow both Windows integrated authentication and SQL Server authentication) for your SQL Server 2005 instance.
