Has anybody upgraded the DotNetNuke app pack to version 4.8.2 yet?

I have a question: when using the standart installation, i am experiencing issues with DB:

In the Field DB instance, dy default, the install script takes the domain for SQL Web Access, the one you have to configure in order to let your customer browse their DBs.

But DNN need the real name of the instance in order to be able to create tables.

By chance, do you have an idea on how I could solve this?
