I would like disabled quota features to be hidden if they are not available at the plan level. For example we don't offer perl hosting and it always shows in red as disabled in the quotas for the space even if we don't offer it at all in our services. It makes customers think that it may be a service they are not getting when they could, though in this case isn't available at all. If hidden it would stop any confusion or customers asking for something they can't have.
