As a web design agency that administrates its own servers, my company and I started using DNP not long ago.  Instead of creating multiple FTP accounts on the server, we wanted to create a single FTP account that gives us access to all web sites on the server.  Is there a way to do this through DNP?

From DNP no but you can create it manually on the ftp server.

When I initially set up DNP for us, I believe there was an option to cascade the user Hosting Space Folders under the reseller Hosting Space Folders. If that would be possible you could create one master reseller account directly under serveradmin and add all your users/resellers below that. Then you could create a FTP account for the master reseller account and access all websites.

Was this option removed? Because I couldn't find it anymore, looked on servers/services and policies.
