Good job! Glad to hear that you've solved the issue on your own! Btw, have you looked into our support options for Hosted Exchange? I beleive you could save a bunch of time putting technical responsibilites on our neck and use that free time to move your business forward instead of struggling with the technic. Time is money, so would you mind save some of it, wouldn't you? 
I'd love to discuss your position on that matter.
