We have a reseller that has a quota limit of 66 sites and 66 domains. He has not yet reached his limit it is now on 54 sites but is unable to add extra domains and site to his customers package. The following quotas will exceed their allowed values: Web Sites (2), Domains (3)
When we raise the limit in his reseller package then its working again.
Is there something wrong with the domain and sites quota system
