Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 - Enterprise Edition - Service Pack 2 (32Bit OS)

I am upgrading from Merak Mail Server 8.0.3 to Microsoft Exchange 2003

I had to install Active Directory before installing Microsoft Exchange 2003.

After I installed Exchange 2003 and then DNP crashed meaning the web interface shows a

The current identity (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'.

Also included in the application log is a ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0 Warnings 2 of them.

Before trying to install Exchange 2003, DNP ran just fine.

Before I update my DNP to the latest versions. I wanted to get advice on how to get this fixed and not making it worse than it already is.
