Ecommerce not creating website, dns, ftp and mail after payment is approved

Hello All,

We are currently in the process of migrating from Helm4 to Dotnetpanel. When a customer signs up for a hosting package via the online store and the payment is approved, shouldn't it create the Website, MS-DNS, SmarterMail, MS-FTP and SmarterStats account?

I have looked and drilled everywhere, still can not figure out why it doesn't work. We are using a "Primary Company Reseller" account under ServerAdmin that all accounts will be created under.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Anyone? I'm not sure if DotNetPanel is able to do this or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
