1. No monthly, yearly fees - you pay for support only when you really need it!
2. All support options are based on tickets (incidents).
3. Forum and e-mail support tasks (advices, simple questions/answers, directions) are FREE unless DotNetPanel team decides the task is complicated enough to require a support ticket.
4. Some support tasks may require significant working time to resolve. Such tasks may consume more than one support ticket. Before performing such tasks DotNetPanel team provides estimates and confirms them with Customer.
5. Each product purchased adds a single support ticket to your account.
6. Every major product update (e.g. from 2.x to 3.x) adds an additional ticket to your account.
7. Support tickets are restricted to normal business hours*.
8. Support tickets submitted during normal business hours* receive initial responses within 4 hours.
9. Support tickets do not have expiration date.
10. Unused support tickets are not refunded.
11. DotNetPanel support is provided for the current product release and the previous one. |
