    FTP Homedirectory

    Hello,

    When I login using an FTP account, I always get an empty directory, not showing the websites. To see all the correct directories I always have to enter the path eg;

    /username/ will show all websites

    but

    / will show an emtpy directory

    How can I set it so that it will set /username as the ftp home directory?

    I am using IIS7 FTP service.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    It sounds like FTP User Isolation is configured to use default settings. To change this behavior you should configure isolation settings to start a user's session in its username directory respectively. Please refer to this guide: http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/305/configuring-ftp-75-user-isolation/... Despite of the fact it's written for FTP 7.5 - isolation settings remain the same.

    Hope this helps.
