Added SQL Server as Remote Server... but now what?

Hello. I am trying to configure a remote, dedicated server running Microsoft SQL Server 2008 to work with DNP. Here is what I have done so far:

    1. Installed MS SQL 2008 on a dedicated server and confirmed it is working and properly installed. Everything is fine with it.
    2. Installed DNP Configuration Studio and setup the server as a server. Configured the firewall to allow traffic on tcp/9003 from the enterprise server. Verified connectivity.
    3. Purchased license and added the server as a new server in DNP. Everything seems okay.
    4. When I added it, I selected to auto-discover services. I think this is a bug, because it installed Blackberry Server and Office Communication Server services on this server in DNP, and neither of these products have ever been installed on this server. Only SQL server. I removed these services and now only SQL Server is the installed service for this server.
    5. Setup a plan Add-On called "MSSQL-1GB" and configured it to add SQL Server support (1GB database, 1GB log, etc.)
    6. Edited an existing hosting space and added the "MSSQL-1GB" Add-On.

Now, when I login to the user's space who I added the add-on to, I am not able to create MS SQL Databases. The only types of databases available are MySQL and ODBC.

How do I enable MS SQL? The documentation is almost non-existant for this configuration, so I'm just guessing that I did it right.

    Hello Chris,

Could you please take screenshots from the user’s hosting space summary and space details pages? Actually, if you do not see MS SQL quota enabled there – then either you haven’t created or added MSSQL addon properly.

    Thanks.

    Yes, it does. Unfortunately…
