SO i believe this is only a mysql issue with the web apps... however im not sure.
So i have the web apps installed on my server and dot net panel sees them, but whenever i go to install anything that is mysql based i always receive an error like the following:
The following errors have been occured:
- GENERAL_INSTALL_ERROR:The database 'joomla' could not be created.
now i tried to have the app installer create db, i also tried to have it use a db i create but there was no hope... i tried several other packages as well and nothing
