Hi,

 I noticed that on every server I have, with DNP, we are missing those fields mentioned in the subject of this thread when we go to create a new mail account, as appose to them appearing as this documentation suggests.

 What might be wrong?

Could you please take one depicting the issue? And also it would helpful if you note name of the mail server software.

I don't have a place to host the picture, but you can see the photo in the doc. link I gave above, and just imagine it without those fields.

Further more, we use hMailServer as the MTA.

Hi,

DNP's build-in hMailServer provider does not support the above inputs. The screenshot you are talking about is for another mail provider.

There is alternative 3-rd patry hMailServer provider for DNP with functionality you require: SimplerSoftware hMailServer v5.x Provider.
