ASP.net 4.0 not showing on hosting plan

ASP.net 4.0 not showing on hosting plan

We upgraded one of our managed server clients to DNP 2.8.14 today, i made the required DB changes for it to see that asp.net 4 is installed and varified the file paths, created the applicaiton pools etc in DNP and rebooted the server.

When I go to hosting plans ASP.net 4 is not showing in the list, although it is configured in the servers>web section.

This has been fine on all the other installs we've done, has anyone else seen this?

Have you enabled ASP.NET 4.0 quota for the hosting plans mentioned? It won't appear automatically but you should edit hosting plan and enable ASP.NET 4.0 there. Afterwards, ASP.NET 4.0 appears in spaces created on the hosting plan template.

Please let me know if aforementioned instructions are unclear. Thanks.

same issue someone else has reported here http://forum.dotnetpanel.com/forums/t/7720.aspx i did reply to that thread last week but my post said it requires modirator approval.
