The web services available within SmarterTrack for the clustering feature are still there. Once we add in web service functionality we generally don't remove it. If you're having issues integrating with DotNetPanel, you may want to try the new
"WebSitePanel" forums. Microsoft now manages the DotNetPanel product/WebSitePanel project, and I believe they're offering other support options as well.
