    No worries. DNP support staff explained to me that I need to be running the Enterprise Server component in SQL Server and backup that SQL Server database in order to backup and restore the panel settings and such. I was not doing that with the Express Edition, hence my issues. They provided the instructions...

    Simulair problems her. disk usage report shows us tha the database (SQL2005) usage is 800+ Mb. But when we login in into SQL and look at the database. I see that the database is only 20Mb. What can be the problem?

    Okay, I've got DNP operating nicely; But theres nothing built in for a support system; does anyone have a preferred software?? Or would it be as simple as me developing something asp.net and adding it as a menu item?? (simple database support system).. What are others doing?
