MX Fallback

Are you using redundant mail server(s) in form of an mx fallback server to collect all incoming mails if the ordinary mailserver happens to be offline? Currently I only have one mailserver (SmarterMail v5.5) with external backup which makes it possible to restore it pretty fast on new physical server...

Name Servers not publishing correctly with SimpleDNS v5.x

Hi, I've added all our three name servers in the list like ns1.nameserver.com, ns2.nameserver.com, ns3.nameserver.com but when creating a domain only ns2.nameserver.com and ns3.nameserver.com is being published. Even if I add ns1.nameserver.com in Template it will not be added. Am I missing something...

Domain Pointers

Hi Guys, After upgrading to the 2.8.7 version of DNP i have been unable to use the domain pointers feature in the websites and the mail domains. Does anyone else have this problem or can someone tell me how a domain needs to be setup so that you can use the pointer feature?

New DNS Enable Feature with Instant Aliases.

The new feature to not create a DNS zone is awesome! There is, however, one more addition that would be great. The instant alias feature creates a dns zone. If we could also have a checkbox where the instant alias is set to not add a zone it would make things much cleaner. This will still add the binding...

DNP 2.8.5 Deleting Hosting Spaces & Permissions Not Setting

Delete user and space not working correctly

Hi Guys, We have upgraded to the latest 2.8.5 and have tested an issue that has been around for quite some time. When a user account or hosting space within the account is deleted it does not delete all of the relevant items within the space. I.E. it does not delete the database(s) (MS SQL or MySQL)...
