How do I deploy DotNetPanel after compilation

I have downloaded the latest release of DotNetPanel ( DotNetPanel 2.1.0 Portal Sources ). After adding a few features I have compiled the solution (Publish Solution). Successfully This is where I get confused, since the files produced after publishing the solution aren't at all similar to the code...
