Cant find Files in CGI-Bin Created with DPN

For some reason and I have No Idea why, I am about to pull my Hair out here!! but after creating a hosting space with CGI-BIN enabled and putting a couple test Perl and CGI scripts in it I cant seem to get any of them to work. PHP and FastCGI

Hi All I have read all the posts I can find on the forum concerning PHP and CGI. Actually I am just trying to get PHP 5 working in any manner, and whatever I seem to do IIS never actually serves any PHP files. All I ever get is a 404 error (page not found) - this is whether I try FastCGI, CGI or ISAPI...

Been running FastCGI for a while now had a few reports of users getting error 500 when there is a coding error, if I switch them back to ISASPI then the can see the PHP error. Any ideas what could be cause this.
